Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation
   Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.

2. Return Policy
   If a customer wants to return a product, the request must be made within the allowed time and must be approved by the store or admin. The product must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.

3. Refund Policy
   If a return request is approved, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted as service and processing charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
   The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Gift Items
- Flowers
- Food Items
- Decoration Materials
- Perishable Products
- Customized or Special Order Products

5. Warranty Items
   If a product is under warranty and needs repair or replacement, the customer must bring the product to the shop. Any transportation or travel cost to the shop will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Refund Processing Time
   Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days using the original payment method.

7. Final Decision
   The final decision regarding return or refund requests will be made by the store or admin.
